Would you like to understand more about how groups work and feel more confident about facilitating transformational learning in groups?
In this training we will explore group development and dynamics, the role of the facilitator, skills in inquiry, experiential learning, working with emotion, learning styles, dealing with difficulties and conflict, planning, promoting and delivering learning events.

LYCS has been facilitating development education learning in the Community Sector for 25 years. We believe that the ability to dialogue together in groups is crucial to creating a more equal and sustainable world.

It will be of interest to:
• Community educators, community development workers and activists concerned about issues such as inequality, human rights, racism, neo-liberalism, consumerism, sustainability, migration, culture and cultural diversity
• Development or global educators interested in understanding more about the community education context
• Environmental and social justice activists with an interest in consciousness raising and collective action

To apply, please contact Helena at [email protected]. See https://devedlycs.wordpress.com/facilitating-global-citizenship-education-in-the-community/ for more info and application form.
